Russia's Forcibly Enlisting Ukrainian Men from Occupied Territory to Fight in the War 

Enlisting and drafting the population of the occupied territory is forbidden by international law. Still, Russia does not comply with any international laws and agreements except those that benefit it. Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territory are suffering from the Russian neo-imperial policy of drafting men from 'conquered' lands into their army.
