You failed to mention the Tornado S, which was the Smerch's replacement years ago that are 300mm and has a range of at least 120km. You also failed to mention the direct targeting of civilians with the HIMARS and how its satellite navigation is a weakness not a benefit given Russian decades of tech advantage in EW equipment making them miss consistently.
