Man tears poured down my eyes. I cant imagine all of those kids going through these rough times in their lives. Im a dad, and woow..smh.

The young hero may God protect him always and protect his parents and relatives until they meet again after all this war is over.

As a mom of five I couldn't imagine my child or children having to do this for their safety. Prayers!!! I hope to one day adopt children and most definitely from Ukraine! As my kids have Ukrainian blood in them from their father.

It's so heartbreaking to watch family get separated especially kids. They abandon homes or house without power, water or gas.

I am also a mother I couldn't imagine how painful it was .. I cried .. I cried... this is so heartbreaking...

Unfortunately, he's not the only child to be left behind: I will NEVER forget that little boy ~ 9 years old (?), who was walking alone between 2 small groups of people and was crying because he did not know what was happening to him, and where he was going.... My heart breaks for him and all those children. At least in the orphanage, there were children together - they had someone. Many other children, like that little boy, walking alone and crying, are also very alone - I'm afraid that there will be many missing children - grabbed even by traffickers. The world can be an evil place, filled with unscrupulous predators.

I can't imagine how hard it is for the parents to leave their kid alone.

Watching this boy walking alone, tired, exhausted & crying whilst pulling his backpack brought me down to tears. My belief is that he was moving with his guardian Angel as it’s barely impossible for such a small boy to walk alone for 1000km under such brutal conditions. Boy, you a miracle. God bless you.

I would have gone with my son and left my husband could stay and fight. He needs a parent. I read another report. She had to stay with her aged, crippled mother. Some of her other children made it and her 11 year old are with relatives.
