On Tuesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russia's President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
He said it was a 'devastating blow to peace efforts where he believes such meetings could hurt efforts to bring peace to Ukraine.

As a result, 37 people died, including three children and another 170 people were hurt among 13 children where many people were trapped under the building that collapsed because of the missile.
