Hi Daria. I really love your videos, you are an amazing teacher. But there is one thing that I don't understand. When you say (в доме), then why does not turn the ,,o" to ,,a"? I thought the ,,e" is the stressed one, because in (на столе) the ,,o" turned to ,,a".

these videos are so awesome, I never imagined being able to learn Russian. I started off watching lessons 1 to 3 just wanting to kill the curiosity of the language, not expecting to take it seriously due to it being so complicated and so difficult, but to my surprise I realized that by lesson 10 to 15 or so that I understand much more than I thought would be possible. Now I'm determined to become fluent over the next 10 years or so.

I am playing these videos not for learning Russian but because she provides a homely, healthy, recomforting environment, with her voice and way of speaking that women are capable of but has been lost in usa. It's not sugarcoated and fake, it's real balanced and healthy.

When the examples were revolving around Jack and his random thoughts about his wife and a couple other girls,a nice old song came into my mind - Lou Bega:Mambo №5. But then Arthur appeared all of a sudden and things took a dramatic turn. Very educational video. The topics are explained with mood and humour, which makes learning Russian far from boring.

She explains everything the clearest (Roma is a lucky kid!). I’ve learned so much in just the past month since I started with Darya’s lessons. Totally worth supporting! Thanks, Darya!

Daria, thanks a lot for your lessons. I cannot enjoy learning more and discovering how Russian and Polish are similar to each other despite the fact it might look more different at first glance. But the problem of adding 'B' to 'O' to say 'about' with words starting with vowels seems very weird to myself.I cannot really see any benefit in an easier pronounciation. To say 'O Amepike' presents absolutely no problem... I have a gut feeling it is not about ease of pronounciation...
