hi Mdawg, sorry my name confused you last ep, its a meme from my country, i would say if you want to get some spinning rigs sputnik proton is a great reel, it wears slow and you can use it at kuori, an alternative would be supercast but that wears super fast, also kama comfort heavy hold 13kg so a bit low for kuori but if you play it safe its ok
I wonder, if it would be somehow possible to uitlize the echolot in the boat for deciding where to fish. Some of the places you have crossed, seemed to have a good density of fishes at the bottom. Thought picking the right lure according to the fish types shown on the echolot is definately no beginners stuff. :D I dont like the signals at all that the developers are sending out. At discussions about other fishing simulations/games more and more ppl critizise on RF4, that they feel to be pressured to spend enormous amounts of money onto the game if they want to fully enjoy it. As an actual example the norwegian sea: Based on your actual numbers I would guess, that 1500 silvers on a complete 5-hour-trip might be reasonable. Paying up like 1 gold is an acceptable to good amount of income. If you buy the trip with silver (around 1300) you end up with like 40 silver/hour netto income. Thats a pretty mess up with your time. On top of that consider that the reel of the rental gear costs little above 22k silver in the real version. ATM ingame I am really having trouble finding good spots for me with 150 silver/hour or more. So we are talking about an easy 150+ hours grind just for the reel. Alternatively I could buy permanent access to the norwegian seas including a set slightly better than the rented one for like 160 gold. I am way too casual into the game for any of the two happening. What stays is the frustration.
The five day trip is for a special experience before you are levelled to play the map. It's not a standard way to play the game and can't be used as a measure. But, let's be clear, this is not a free game if you want to play it seriously. Treat it more like a premium subscription game with a high price but also equally high quality
