I am part Russian/ slavic and I never get enough of this kind of music. It's a hundred times better than 99.999% of the crap that they call music these days.
That is the natural state of old music. It was an event to listen to music. And music that lasts the ages is naturally going to be great. And there is more folk music from every culture to last you a lifetime. Just keep in mind there is music today that will last the ages because it is also amazing.
So true. When I studied music I read it takes two components: melody (changes in pitch) and rhythm. When I taught at an uber left wing school colleagues told me it only required rhythm. So I asked, "does a dripping water faucet make music? Doesn't it take intent?" No answer. I listen and watch many music videos here from the Russian Federation. So much better than the "music" you hear here in the Divided States of America.
@@jamesparker5011 Simp harder for the authoritarian regime that thinks being gay is a crime. I'd rather have a divided states with rights than a united state dedicated to stripping me of said rights.

I swear this looks so much like the tracklist I wrote on the original upload, back in around 2018 or 2019. I think I was the first one to actually make the whole tracklist and comment it regularly there. Something about the way it’s written just reminds me of my old tracklist damn. I was sad when the original was deleted.
@@justprzemek3172 I just came back here for nostalgia lol. I used to repost my tracklist regularly enough for a while. That was back in 2018 or 2019 I think. I suddenly remembered the video again today and just wanted to see if anyone ever posted a tracklist again. If the one you posted really is my old one (it really looks so much like it, especially considering how the suburbs of Moscow ones only feature the only two alternative names that I actually bothered to find at the time, then I’m happy that my legacy was continued hahah.
I love this music because it seems to capture the hope of the people but yet showcase their sorrows as well, all without saying a word. Beautiful stuff.
so from top to bottom 0:00 Hitchhiking In Moscow (Sight Of Wonders) 2:02 In Saint Petersburg (Sight Of Wonders) 6:05 Oh Motherland (Sight Of Wonders) 8:00 Fog Of Moscow (Sight Of Wonders) 15:53 Red Square Meeting (Trabant 33) 6.???
I can’t be the only one who this reminds of the show “a series of unfortunate events” like seriously it has that same tone between of depression and future hope

Essas músicas são muito boa para ouvir, dançar, sonhar. Eu já ouvia algumas mas todas não. São muito lindas, quero morar na Rússia kkkkk é melhor sonhar.
This sounds more German than Russian! I love it just the same! I am Slavic too and darn proud of it! I am Croatian. I am an American but I adhere to my traditional ways. I actually consider myself European than American. I was reared in a traditional Croatian family! My grandparents both came from Croatia. I was reared by them! Military wise and European! My first language was Croatian. I thought everyone spoke Croatian!
I am from Lithuania and i want this music and culture to stay alive . Even if the russian czars and leaders tried to erase ours it doesnt mean that i dislike them . This music and culture of the russians and everyone else in the Russian Federation is too damn good with everything else .
I haven't heard a single traditional Russian melody here. It looks more like someone in the West unsuccessfully recorded it under the influence of Russian folk music. To be honest, it doesn't sound like original Russian music at all. Most of Russian folk songs are not funny, but either sadly-funny or completely sad, or evoking nostalgia and melancholy. I didn't hear that in this video.
