Russians don't use any kind of arm bands. Ukrainians use them so that international legions may not kill them thinking of them as russian.

no they are definitely ukranian, but it's old footage from months ago. At the end they show a vehicle donated by Turkish military. Russia do not have any of these.

@@gl1898 the telegram channels who showed this, also filmed going over there and there is a Ukraine flag on one of the vehicles. Also, they are very clearly bmp1’s and only Ukraine uses those.

Not least that this video has never been released by Ukranian sources and only Russians. How would Russia have obtained the video or do you think they were filming their own forces being hit by artillery? You can't dispute the yellow flashes on the BMP-1 (a variant not used by Russia in Ukraine) and its the same location and convoy and there are no Z or V markings. The soldiers with armbands might look white at that range and resolution but they are no doubt yellow. Its the vehicles that are the giveaway though. Russians are still desperate - this video has been released by them before in August, so it's not from the latest action.

the vehicles had yellow flashes and no V or Z so ukranian. the dead soldiers had yellow tape on their arm, so presumably also Ukranian. the footage has been released by Russian previously though, and its a few months old.

My exact same thought. All the footage I have seen of soldiers with white tape or ribbon on their uniforms is of Russians. Ukrainians use blue as you state. If that was Russian drone footage of a Russian attack, it appears they killed their own men.
