I have followed Elena Kostyuchenko articles for many years. She looks and sounds so sweet and shy, but she is fearless person who reported on ground in Chechnya, Russia and Ukraine. She reported on government corruption and criminalized towns where local people where abused, women and young girls systematically raped. This reporter is true Russian patriot and incredible person!

I'm afraid it's not just border disputes... Putin has a lot of problems within the borders.

"The expression of any negative attitude to war is criminalized." Her statement highlights the psyche of all people - whether an authoritarian or their supporters - who are incredibly sensitive to any form on criticism. Retaliation is always their go to. They believe that any person who disagrees with or at the very least questions their actions is a dissident or rabblerouser.

in America, they criticize those who are for peace in Ukraine, isn't that the same thing?

In Ukraine, people who criticize Zelensky are visited by the SBU with searches.

I will add too, imagine for a moment that the Ukraine were beaten by Russia . The Ukraine is one of the larger countries with a good size land mass .The people of the Ukraine would be hostile to Russia and there would be independence groups fighting Russia forces at every opportunity . Thus, to hold the Ukraine the Russian Federation would need to police it and at a guess they would need to station about a quarter of a million troops in the Ukraine to assist Russia to police it . Those feelings, and would never leave the Ukraine , even in 50 years time there would still be hostility (probably explosive too) towards Russia from the people of the Ukraine with people being killed on a daily basis . How will that help Russia and make it great ? I am afraid Mr Putin you will not be remembered as Putin the Great, but more probably as Putin the idiot !

Do you have any substance to share other than your RU-vid nickname which isn't worthy much.

Things like this have happened before: people said Nazi Germans were rounding up Jews and turning them into chimney smoke and people wouldn't believe it. Including some Jews who were later sent to Concentration Camps and actually entered chimney house -- their surviving family retold what happened.

You know who Navalny is. The man who claims he was poisoned by Putin Novichok. Navalny was asked why he survived, despite of novichok is the very strong poison, then he replied that he ran a lot and his wife added: let’s be honest, you also swam🤡

What are you saying? Are you actually brave enough to construct some comprehensible sentences, in any language at all because I can use machine translation. Do you have any excuse to hide from.
