please continue this slow-paced easy talking type of videos for the intermediate learners. There is SO much material for beginners and advanced learners can just consume original russian content for learning, but the intermediates are often discarded or forgot about. Thank you for helping me and many others take the steps in advancing our russian to the next level!

I started thinking vegans are nuts as well. Soon though the ethical arguments made sense. After 7+ years it has turned into a profound ethical dilemma for me. As Chomsky says any sort of authority/exploitative structure has to be able to justify itself. If that's not possible, then it has to be dismantled. From the consumers perspective, some of the most honest justifications I got were "I just like the taste of it", which will then have to be scaled against screaming animals.

I'm French and I've been vegetarian at 13 and then Vegan from 17 till now 38 . With all the stupid things from people or even doctors I've heard or read about it I still wonder why I haven't died yet. Twice because of Chinese banks and Portuguese custom house's mistakes that made me unable to use my own money I couldn't even eat enough during months but I survived :')) I should admit recently it's been almost three year I take B12 and iron everyday as complements to ensure I don't have any lacks. But I think what we do is nothing compared to the benefit for the animals and earth. I love your channel and Russian language. Thanks a lot for this video and all the others and good luck bro. PS: I think covid is another zoonosis the meat eaters provoked and spread all over the world. Do you think it was fair to be restricted during 2 years because of them? xD

Hey, fellow vegan!) sure, if people would eat, exploit or experiment on animals we would have less likely for such situation to happen, but we all in this boat together, so no need to point fingers but rather work on solving this problems and do the best we can from our side 😉

@@InRussianFromAfar yes you're right but before on forums I got censored so many times for no reasons and during so many years in the past in different forums (yahoo QR, reddit...) when I was talking about all the benefits of being vegans and the fact it could help humans to avoid many diseases and especially the zoonosis like this covid so sometimes I cannot help but making cutting remarks even though I'm joking but some people might think I'm mentally abusive. But I think it's good to let people to know we are proud of our lifestyle and it is really easy to do the same because animals are voiceless victims and we should be better than them as human beings. I am not sure we're all in the same boat when some people tilt the balance in favour of animals exploitation, food waste, pollution, waste of water and lands, diseases, torture experiments, animal cosmetics and useless animal sufferings. But well I am certain the world will slowly become vegan at least if the world population keep increasing even insects might not be enough to feed everyone at some point. xD

Все причины верны : я стал веганом девять лет назад. В моей стране ,люди разрушают лес , чтобы сделать скотоводство. Но слава Богу , наш новое государство бороться этим преступлением с помощью сильных наказаний.

The ethical argument is true for atheists…or people who aren’t religious…but in Islam for example we have an entire chapter on how to treat animals…and kill them with mercy…almost 7 cases of death for an animal makes it forbidden to eat it….if it has been shot or killed with electricity or poisoned in any form it isn’t allowed to eat it.. many animals aren’t for food so they also aren’t allowed for Muslims pets lions tigers pork…so I guess that has been taken care of…the rules are so strict that it guarantees the animal dies in peace…
