Fun fact: you can run through the broken side of the garage door instead of crawling under it when entering the medical area. There is a specific angle tho, when entering, run into it and turn 90 degrees left. Exiting... A little less than 90 degrees, I mainly just fiddle around a little bit here.

I don't play Tarkov so sorry if this is a dumb question, but how are you so good at noticing enemies around you? Obviously these are edits so only the good clips get in but even so you are really good at immediately knowing when enemies are within threat range. Is it mostly just audio and hearing footsteps? In that case, how do you notice people on the move?
When you are going into the hot spot/place, silent work and approach slowly, if footsteps nearby then stay for a while to check where is he, don't make sound until you decide to push into them/him. also use expensive headset in-game like XCEL 500BT headset (30% more radius to hear, i use this always) also you should be investing some IEM or Headset that's expensive (I use Moondrop Blessing2, Which is so Detailed, High Resolution Sound IEM, Low Price IEM like Shure SE215 doesn't sound good to identify when enemy running&shooting sound mixed) Binaural audio On in-game.

Dude have you ever tried this SPT AKI mods? I was looking and found a lot of hyper realistic mods like graphics mods, scopes, even movement. The downside, it is only single player (offline) but there's even a mod that makes AI smarter and everything, you could give it a try. Love your videos boy, keep it up
its very strange you hold the pkm like this in game. not you but i guess the pmc. its a carry habdle yes but for shooting it probably wouldnt be very good to just hold in that awkward angle
