In April 2024, Russia reduced the export of petroleum products by sea by more than 14 percent. Supplies from the ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Murmansk have decreased noticeably. Gasoline prices in the federation are rising, and export revenues are declining. Experts say the main reasons are drone strikes on Russian oil refineries and sanctions against the aggressor country.
