Hey, buddy. I just want to ask for my own peace of mind... If a girl/child is experiencing TOO much pain, they are allowed to stop for a few moments? Right? If not I don't really like that. They shouldn't be forced to do what their little bodies can't handle. Trust me I totally get that this is a very demanding sport. But torture is unacceptable. I just want to know what the general practice is in this situation. You should be able to understand that as an outsider that it does break my heart to see these kiddos crying. But I understand that pain is part of the game. It's just when does it go too far? Can you please provide me with some insight? As a professional?
Hello, I want to reassure you, there is no torture in this video. Out of a total group of 30 people, 1-2 girls cry during training. An experienced trainer never gives physical activity that a child cannot handle. These girls learn to overcome difficulties and, like all girls, cry sometimes. They become older, stronger and tears leave training, although sometimes they cry from dissatisfaction with themselves and poor results in competitions)
