Nice video. It is so funny to hear you say four rooms, five rooms. The Russian words are incredibly long. :-) Would you show us how to buy train tickets, for example, how to say: I would like to buy a train ticket from St. Petersburg to Moscow for tomorrow afternoon at around 3 o'clock for about 3000 rubles. Thanks.
@AntoniaRomaker
@AntoniaRomaker 8 лет назад
+bin shao thank you! :) Why was be saying 'four rooms' funny? p.s. as for the video about tickets, I think I'll make one, just not sure when. I'll include it into my list of ideas for new classes ;)

+Antonia Romaker - English and Russian online It is funny because your eyes suddenly opened wider when saying four rooms as if the long Russian words were not scaring non-Russian speakers enough already :-) p.s. a video about tickets would be useful as it is difficult to find someone who can speak English in a train station. thank you for taking a note of this.

hotel is my vocabulary for today. The way I remember it is I drew a picture of a hotel with an extended hand inviting a guest named Gus. I drew a bubble where the hotel is saying to Gus. Nice to meetya Gus. and I sorta think in my head Gus.Nice to meetya. Gusteenitsa. Very weird but unless I make a story like this, I cannot retain these vocabulary.
