I bet you can store the information if the elevator is up or down and make the top door thing a little smoother. Id also make the garage door on the bottom close before the elevator takes off. Great project.

Try using HBHF Sensor to automatically call the elevator when you are down/up(you can set it so it reacts to only tc authorized players), also weaking with the timers you can make the doors already open when you get down/up rather than going up and then waiting for the garage door to open. Good shit non the less!
