Hey guys, Unfortunately this time I messed up with audio levels! I'm sorry about that... I've added subtitles to the video, so if you have any trouble understanding the talk, check them out! :)
I put it through a speaker and it's much clearer. He sounds like a great guest to have on some other times too periodically, I downloaded the free sample of his book, you mentioned the 1st chapter also. It does indeed look like a very beautiful resource for both experienced back end people and developers alike. I think one massive takeaway I got from this talk, which wasn't necessarily said, but yourself and Luca are basically at the very forefront of where Rust is and is going. In order to rebuild the empire again we must... Lol, kidding, obviously 😁 I find the beauty of Rust is in the compiler, understanding it isn't too complex, and although I haven't written massive amounts of code in Rust, as I plan to, I have learnt much quicker with Rust than any other languages. I have learnt to understand how to read the compiler and it is so convenient and useful. Keep up the good work and grazie mille, with greetings and best wishes from England.
Thanks for sharing your experience! Indeed, Rust is a beautiful language, and Luca's book is a great resource to get introduced to the Rust ecosystem :)
Very happy to see this kind of interview on the channel! I have read the first chapters of the book and I can't wait for the full book to come out. Grande Luca! You are amazing, especially for all the rust-ml community. As soon as I became proficient with Rust I hope to be able to contribute to some projects like Linfa
Glad you liked it! Yep, Luca is amazing, looking forward to read the complete book as well

Nice video content, it's a shame for the bad audio quality but it is still managable (we know how hard it is). Great job, also in the subtitles. Keep it up!
