@@moondevonyt Delay. I used to utilize BlastAPI as my Base RPC. 300ms avg. response time. Deploying my own Base node, now I can get that response time down to 1-2ms. You still have the delay of your physical location, the speeds of your NVMEs, and so many other factors that can affect delay, but it just makes sense to cut down the response time on things where possible.
