It’s always interesting how our cooking evolves over time. This once dreaded pasta by my kids is just the challenge I was up for. Clean out your crisper and chop up the random veggies. Grab any spare bits of sausage and bacon. The Smokey fatty pork lends a sublime richness that is hard to resist. I really cannot wait to make this updated version of the humble pasta from days past for my adult children. I think they will agree that it taste like it’s loaded with love.
