This weekend I presented virtually at the Rutgers Alternate Route Conference on Flipped Learning. People ask me what my presentations look like so I decided to record it and share it with you. Since we were using Zoom, I wasn't able to record my camera, but you can hear the audio and the audience questions.
For those not familiar with alternate route, it is a program that NJ has that allows for those who did not go to college for education to still get a job as a teacher and earn their certificate. Some are people who finished college and realized late that they wanted to be a teacher, some are coming to it later in life, and some are taking on teaching as their 2nd or 3rd career. This is the 5th time I have presented at the conference and I will most definitely present again if asked.
