Are you fighting a ticket? If you are worried about the laws about hydraulics then dont get them. Across the board they are illegal to use on city streets and most states consider them unsafe vehicles. No one that really lowrides ever worried about the law. 13 inch rims are unsafe for most impalas based on weight of car.
