During 2013 and 2017 when Uhuru was on the ballot.. the turnout in the mountain was above 80% and votes cast of 97%.....my question is can Ruto get those votes in August.......A big NO.

One thing is for sure, Raila can only gain Mountain votes unlike Ruto who has been on Mountain top ,he can only go down. Raila have had votes in the most interior areas in Central against all odds. Now with Uhuru in the play, Raila gains while Ruto looses, that's a fact.
