Let us carry on a National Conversation on what is ailing our country, if possible go to a referendum and improve the constitution. We must question the model of Western World Demoncracy, which money politics of government and opposition, divide and rule. Let us replace it with Meritocracy. Leadership should start at family level. Who ever is selected carries the voting power of the family. So that with some inductions, one group will choose among themselves the ones to proceed to the higher levels until the leadership council like Switzerland.
