Excellent video! I really like the map segment you put at the beginning! I wish other video content producers would do that. Best video about Port Aransas I have seen, we hope to make a trip down there next spring!

Great video!! - It looks like you guys are having a lot of fun -- and yes, I would nix the captain's hat :-) The tag on the side just did not compliment the outfit! :-) Nature preserve looks fantastic - I would love to be there with my camera and long lens! No Expectations I think most everything is cheaper here, groceries, gas etc., Texas is a great places to save some $$$$. So many parties for Winter Texans here, we are going to one tomorrow in Rockport, free food, prizes vendors etc. We are already booked for 3 months for next year, they fill up really fast and you have to book early at all the really nice places. Hi, it's Kit using the hubs computer. Perfect timing, we are looking for a place to spend next winter in Tx. Also, wanted to let you know I hung the pictures using the foam board. Found black board at Wal-Mart, didn't have a marker, so not having to buy that was a trade off as the black board was a little more than the white at the dollar store. Used a utility knife, laid it on my wood cutting board, pressed really hard cutting all the way thru and it worked great!! Thanks for the tip, hope to see Linda in more of these!! Really enjoyed this video, my wife and I stayed at Gulf Waters RV resort for Christmas 🎄 in 2018 and absolutely Loved it. It’s worth the money and the folks their are super nice. Really looking forward to doing this again. The beach 🏖 was a great place to drive our Jeep. we spent some time just cruising around on the beach 🏝. and exploring the area.

Barbara Peterson Wohr Hi Barbara, we’ve been doing RU-vid Videos for 3 years now so nothing new for us. I’m not sure what “niche” you are referring to, but we’ve always traveled lots since we’ve been married. That video was done last winter. We came back to Dallas early when the virus had just begun and the quarantine thing hadn’t begun. We are in a RV Park now in Gunter, north of Prosper. We will head out again June 6th and return back here in October, going to Yellowstone, Glacier, Black Hills, Badlands, Devils Tower etc. it will be a great trip but lots of miles. It’s good to have you onboard, hope you enjoy our travels my friend. Tim Cox I really like the area, it is very nice with great prices on everything and of course we love being so close to the beach 🏖. You should come down here for a trip sometime, it’s not too far from where you are staying now. Linda No we haven’t done a video on this park yet, I think it might be our next one. I wanted to wait a while to be able to really give an accurate review. I can tell you I really love it, but it is very difficult to get into for the first time. I put our name on the list last February and of course all the people that wanted to reup that we’re staying there in 2019 we’re ahead of me, I didn’t know for sure until the end of last July, I was a nervous wreck not knowing what we were going to do as you know good resorts are difficult to get into during the winter months. We are paying $500 a month some are a little higher, but we love our site and they do have WiFi and it is fairly good but we wanted to stream so they provide a modem for $35 a month and it works great. Of course electric is extra at 13kwh. They pick up trash, you are on a paved site with paved roads and a huge activity calendar, always something going on. They have dinners, breakfasts at a very small price that are quite good, Bruce says but I wouldn’t know because of my food allergies I can’t eat their food. The people are very outgoing and friendly and are always inviting us to join them. There is a Walmart 1 mile from the park. Hope this helps until I can get a video up and going. With the $12 a year on the beach area in port Aransas, are there areas to fill up w/ fresh water and or to dump grey water. My hubby and I have fishing licenses.
Natalie Loomis Yes my friend you can dump at the filling stations and probably get water there too. The guy we talked to said all the stations did it. Port Aransas is a great place to fish we saw a lot of people catching fish, there are several piers and the next town over is a great fishing place(Rockport) plus you can go on fishing boat charters in so many places.
