We did and I do not believe they flush. They just come around with a tank and drain it.

They are where the strip of stores and restaurants are near the dock. If you walk where the docks are with the rentals the store is on the end towards the left coming from the dock. Also, if you get lucky like we did.. if there are cancellations and you go same day you can negotiate pricing down . It’s worth renting even at full price.
