I hadn’t thought of Old Dan Tucker in years until I had grandkids that needed entertaining… 😂 That one doesn’t seem to be as well known as some of the other old songs. It was taught to us by a grandmother who was an Iowa farm girl.
Thank you. We are having a similar problem with the vent over our stove. We did a half baked repair because we couldn’t find the part. We might just have to revisit that project now that you have shown us how to do it.
I made several attempts at resealing and repairing the old vent cover before finally giving up and ordering a new one. The installation was pretty straightforward and easy once we finally tackled it. So far it's working perfectly - and we have had some pretty serious rains to test it...
