After watching this for the 2nd time, I've realized for me the W/D needs to be on a 10 inch platform. That would really help with my physical disabilitys, but I think alot of people would appreciate it being raised.
Finally some smart designer put the washer and dryer in so the doors open away from each other. So many have them open towards each other so you have to reach around them to transfer clothes from washer to dryer.
Really love this "almost" perfect FW. Has all the bells & whistles + some. Lots of storage. My only negative on this unit is the floorvents. I have 2 dogs and those floor vents are not meant for pet owners 😢 Good job on reviewing this beauty❣️
I live full time in my RV, this layout is almost perfect for me, my only disappointment is the couch locations relative to the TV. I think I am going to upgrade to this from my Grand Design Imagine 2500rl
Hey Hunter I hope you're having a great day. I really like this Sandpiper 3800RK fifth wheel! I think the interior is amazing! The kitchen is large and amazing. It has plenty of space an storage, plus the seating to eat together is rite on the spot. Sandpiper has done a.first with a private laundry room! It has plenty of extra sleeping spots for guests. I do like that it has a electric fireplace space heater in the living room, on the floor plans it looked like it showed a electric fireplace space heater in the bedroom? I really love this Sandpiper 3800RK!! Hey Hunter I hope you and the family had a great time on the cruise! Thank you Hunter for showing us this Sandpiper 3800RK fifth wheel an giving us all the information about this unit. Your number one fan an friend Leonard Nelson from North Carolina!!!!!
This is an awesome RV!! I love it! I could live in this and be perfectly happy! Lol I’m not sure how I feel about the one space being used as a laundry room, I think I would rather see a half bath there! Other than that it’s awesome!!😊
I wish the laundry room was in the front. That shower was too short. But it looks really good. Glad the rv industry are adapting to the customers needs.
My dream come true have been looking for a floor plan like this !!! Will be a dream come true have been saving to get into one like this!! Thanks a lot for being the first to review and in great depth you’re awesome my brother!!
You know, I just backed this up to show my daughter-in-law the laundry room. I saw you stretch just a bit to measure the depth of the cabinets. You could put your arm under one and measure so it would be easier. Just a thought. I love this RV! And that basement! GASP! WOW! AWESOME! That one little part inside between the front cap and the rear kitchen wall…what can I say?? Great video!
That's a very nice RV. Unfortunately with a second bath, it would have to be longer. However, someone could live there very comfortably. I can see why you are jazzed.... the Sandpiper folks were thinking out of the box.
Hunter, brother, this is a very nice unit, BUT, BUT, there is a fifth wheel mid range unbelievable, mind blowing, one of a kind, unit that gives Brinkley a run for the money! The best news is you carry them at FunTown, it's the Heartland Corterra 3.0 Go see it, & when you get your jaw off the floor, show us this unit, please!!!!!
Great video, I was all in until the mentioning of the 4 point auto level, I wish it was 6 point. My local dealer just got one of these. I live in one 6 months out of the year for work.
GORGEOUS! Laundry room in perfect spot for those hardworking Construction workers to take off dirty clothes. Spice rack...swap ends n sides so cook has access. Bathroom, for me I love the free standing fancy bowl sinks. Closet, Knocked it out the park. JUST BEAUTIFUL!!!!
With doing the laundry room, was looking for a full charging station. Something for the sweepers and batteries. We use rechargeables for everything. Also, a nice docking area to put charging devices for our tools. With giving up the second bath, was hoping for more of a woohoo.
I feel like there is plenty enough outlets in there to charge all your devices! You could charge 4 at once!!! Maybe I don’t fully understand 😁 either way, I’m sure something could be worked out accommodate. Zip me a text, I’ll send over your suggestion to the rep!
Can you add the CCC to your videos, please? I think a lazy-susan would be a terrible idea, only for how much stuff bounces around in the back. I know its not much but, how much is going to fall off the tray?
Only things wish that this had was a second bathroom so people did not walk thru my bedroom. Love the laundry room but put a toilet there. Other than that is it great
Love this camper!!!! Will be moving into it in about 1 month but I've been looking for the same or similar layout with a separate laundry room and walk in closet but also with a half bath. Is there any like that? If there is, I'd def go for that one instead. Counting down, please help! Love the channel ❤
Thanks!!! There is not but I’ve been telling these guys & others that same thing! Not about the closet but I think a half bath in there that’s optional would crush it! I think half bath option and maybe even an optional desk?
Yes! Even if they stacked the washer and dryer and removed the upper cabinets, it could be a half bath/laundry room 🤷🏻♀️ And the optional desk would be great because without it, I could put my dogs bed there! Thank you for the response! ❤❤
As a brand new owner of this exact unit, that tv DOES NOT come out and pivot 180⁰. It can position at best 45⁰ in either direction so if you want the TV to face either the theater seats of the pullout couch, whoever is sitting closest to the TV wall is going to get short changed on what they can see. It is a poor design, not a deal breaker but I will need to either install a custom projector set up on the pullout side facing the theater seats or I'll need to get a custom TV mount that extends the TV further out to face 180⁰ in either direction
I’d rather have rear den and put outdoor kitchen in rear slide. Would be better ( more comfortable) for watching tv, plus if you had company staying you could still get to fridge without stepping over them !!!
I honestly don’t understand why they think it works to have the love seat / couches on the slides to where you can’t see the TV? I keep seeing this in the new RVs and it baffles me.
