I have to admit that I´m in a rabbit hole with this channel and it´s predecessor . I´ve been watching for a week straight all of the videos that I get recommended. Your content is awesome. I´m honestly really glad I´ve found a channel with the quality of food shows I used to watch on TV when I was a kid . I really appreciate the time and effort you guys put on the videos. I admit, I´m gonna be a very frequent viewer.
And for those of us that cannot travel because of a disability we get to see the beautiful real people of all these countries and see how they share their food and their love in the hospitality that is the biggest treat of all

I LOVE seeing the land & life styles of others However this channel gives me what I strive for in interest the most ... People/Places with natural beauty & untouched by most of the modern convinces we have overflowing in most parts of the world now. I myself am very humbled by seeing these people USE EVERY SINGLE bit they can from what they harvest animal or plant. It shows how much people waste & taught me to use somethings I'd have never have thought to !!! Waste not, want not ... I LOVE how happy & free these people seem to spite that most of the world would see them as poor and have pity on them.

I'm happy to see Rwanda development after terrific hard times. And the food seems so delicious. In Brazil we have huge influence from the africa food, like the use of cassava and others food. Respect, from São Paulo, Brazil.

Ugali made with cassava flour is the BEST with any fish!😍😍😍 That's how most people make they're nsima (ugali) seashore, Malawi. We call it "condowole". It's YUMMY!

Came here from watching foreigners react to eating American food binge videos, but I'm drooling thinking about what you could do with WILD smoked catfish. I've only ever eaten farm raised catfish and it is by far my favorite fish. I'd love to visit Africa one day just to take in the new cuisine, and maybe cook some American dishes. That would be so fun.

I see you start to use hdr+ for the video. On my tv is too dark a the collors are too saturate and bad, too violent. On ipad is better, not so dark but the colors are bad as well.
When you were in Nigeria you ate Roasted Plantain with peanuts. You are not likely to find cooked (boiled, fried or roasted) banana in any Nigerian cuisine in any region. However plantain is fried, cooked in many different forms or roasted. Bananas are much smaller in size than plantain and the textures are slightly different. Banana is eaten like a fruit, raw. Plantain is treated like potatoes, yam, or cassava , coked. As a blogger traveling the world, it is good to listen to what the people call food items you are not familiar with and adhere to that.
