Gee, Kigali sure looks different than when I was there in the Summer of Genocide and I barely escaped with my life. But even with all of that, I was so very impressed with the energy and intelligence of the Rwandans and knew that someday they would recover, and this video proves I was right. I’ll be back, Rwanda!

Misrepresentation of an otherwise well intended product... Rwanda still an experiment. The ideas here are all innovations from without. You can say a try out by innovators. Testing of avionics and payloads being done here, isn't innovation, it is offering free space for those with innovations more often at the expense of Rwandans. Some Rwandans have learned from such experiences! They offer cheap labour, with a limited regulatory capabilities, Rwandans may learn from such trials. This Californian innovation has multiplied, am sure with no equity or shares by Rwandans. This trend creates some inputs but has to be improved for Rwandans to indeed venture into innovation and production and not just consumers and a source of cheap labour no regulated free environment, void of ethical imperatives

A Rwandese living in Rwanda here. I hate these documentaries on Rwanda that always start our story with Genocide. We have another identify and we have now, more or less, risen above this crisis that struck us more than 30 years ago. Speaking of economy, no one is talking about how inflation is sky-high hiking living costs beyond what the ordinary people can afford. Unemployment is very bad and the few available job opportunities are only accessed through cronyism. Starting a business is next to impossible given taxes are very high and you need connections to access public tenders. All of these issues are swept under the rag because....Genocide!?

Silicon Valley has never been a country though has it? you guys just make us laugh with all this African nonsense
