Different temperament. The Rwandan army clearly possesses the most important trait of discipline. This is the most important guarantee of combat effectiveness, and I can be certain that this Rwandan army can continue to fight with a 50% reduction in personnel. Although it cannot achieve the glorious example of the People's Liberation Army exchanging 18000 casualties for 25000 casualties of the US military in Shangganling (90% casualties). But I can confidently say that this Rwandan army has the highest combat effectiveness in Africa today, and what they lack is only more advanced equipment.@@jamesmwai5950
The Chinese style marching very suitable for the tall Rwanda Defence Forces and very impressive march from the RDF , impressive ! Really shocked the entire stadium.
They have very ellegant precise parades and as i was watchimg the audience i saw some chinese or Korean commanders i think they had a hand in this crystal clear and precise execution
Being an Indian, I have always seen that the Chinese and North Korean Armed Force Marching style to be the best in the world. Nice to see the Rwandan Armed force having a way with the Chinese marching style.
@@cadhlaohanlon4443 Exactly, the "original" Chinese style developed from German marching style was still being used in Taiwan after the Republic of China army withdrew to the island until early 2000 when they abolished military parade because "democratic countries do not have parade. parade is a symbol of totalitarianism ". On RU-vid can you still find their parade video in the 90s. On the other side of the strait, communists retain the "frame" of the style, like the pace frequency etc, but did some improvement on leg part. The arm part was referenced from Soviet style.
I want to do my best and visit this amazing country of the great Rwanda 🇷🇼 I heard so many good news about this country, I'm always proud to have this place in Africa Rwanda is the only country with a clean and best govern system in Africa All love from Nigeria 🇳🇬
as a Chinese living in Africa for half life, I must say Rwanda is one of my favorite places on this continent, and in the world too. No matter what the west talks about Kagame, he gets things done and anyone on the ground can see it.
@@kinyuab.7683 Right, Kagame is technically a dictator, since opposition groups face a violent crackdown, but on the other hand I think it's better to have one Kagame ruling the country for thirty years than four Mobutus parading as saviors.
@@ausmerzer2523 nah bro. All they Westerners did was colonization and of course they didn’t give a opportunity of marching training course to Rwanda people. This marching style is obviously influenced by Chinese military.
Not mere influence, but was outright taught by the PLA instructors, marching tune was standard Chinese one, commands were in Chinese (RDF sent NCOs and cadets to academies in China for studies)...
I can see a lot of East German influences in there. For example, they are not as stone-stoic like the Chinese marching step, instead they're more... lively and enthusiastic, much like the NVA's parade step.
Amazing, you won the respect of people all around the world. This is what China brings to Africa, I see from the faces of Rwandan soldiers the confidence of a nation, a chance of depending on themselves, a bright future and chance of prosperity.
Looks like Chinese military instructors did their job well... I wish we could compare this outstanding performance to that of CAR military being trained by Russians. Greetings from Russia!
love your people; protect your country; keep the peace; Don't let anything divide the people and destroy your solidarity again. This is the soul of a true chinese style army. As a chinese people, I wish all the best for you.
@@andy9962 Taiwan is part of China they have their own government. China should stop persecuting tawian, hong kong, and tibet. Free Hong Kong! Free tibet!
It is so wonderful and amazing.... keep moving forward and don't look back...Your future is so bright. I love you and wish all the best. Eritrean American from Washington.
wow look at you, really good, respect from China! there must be sometime the Africa will stand out of the world!i hope we two country could be brother till that time.
@@johngitonga9694 Hahaha, yeah. They'll regret later when they find out the burden of debts they find themselves in. Chinese use such tactics as baits to colonize Africa.
tyjghjghhh I would not use the same words talking to him but I just want to highlight two or three things on the statement he made. 1. Rwanda or Africa is not anyone prize to win as President Kagame said. All trades go with terms and conditions agreed among concerned parts. For Rwanda case that can not apply because that president understands the risk of trade and advantages. 2. The west has been doing that for centuries and anything positive came out of it. If Africans prefer to do business with those who are not aiming to sponsor political coups if other negotiation means fail then who to blame. Not definitely China or Africa but the western countries that thought Africa will never have choice but deal with west. 3. Trade doesn't have a smell, so whoever comes with a good deal, it's a duty for the other part to do business with them in their advantage. 4. Lastly if China is playing games with Africa then Africans will deal with that and surely don't need the west the very former slave traders to take African defense. That's another form of patronizing Africa which is one of the roots of the break up.
The problem with Burundi is that the leaders has no vision of where they want to go or are going in the next 20 to 30yrs as opposed to Kagame. In Burundi they are doing things the way they have always done for the last 50 yrs and you cannot expect anything new🇰🇪
