P5 rebel group which is a coalition of unregistered opposition political parties operating outside Rwanda. The group is headed by Kayumba Nyamwasa who is a former high ranking officer of the Rwandan Defense Forces, the guy was convicted of treason by the Rwandan justice ( he became persona non grata & enemy of the state).

In the first place, who aided RPF to attack Habyarimana's regime? Also, is this the first time Rwanda and Uganda will have fought?! I recall, they fought each other in drc; more Ugandans died, in there. But from my studies about the 2 emperors, l know the following: 1. l told you that many Ugandan forces were killed in DRC; yet the nature of m7 is stealthy, retributive, vindictive, vengeful; but both are egomaniacs, sanguinary, power mongers! 2. M7 is so good at micking what others have done in the past. That is why he is not paying attention to Kagame's whinning for a liason on the issues between them. He is playing the Nyerere's theatricals on Amini, back in the 1970s. Amini was not a moron to just wake up and bomb the kagera bridge; he had been inflamed, vexed or provoked on several times. This type of pantomime is what emperor m7 is stealthily galvanizing. 3. Lastly, while for eons Kagame has maintained the words that Rwanda is not a province of Uganda, emperor m7 has failed to grow out of the fact that he can't control kagame! Hence, there is cynism or distrust between the 2 emperors. I have also seen an article in which one of them was quoted calling the other one "treacherous".

Once a rebel, you will always be a rebel; let both rebels or Sanguinaries continue being vampires. As patriotic as you are and with all due respect, please know the context. 1. Museveni ordered restraint from UPDF on both occassions. Rwanda used ambush and fought like guerillas. Osama hit America unexpectedly but that doesnt mean Al Qaeda is necessarily stronger than the US of A. 2.You know the military capacity of both countries both in facilities in the armoury and numbers of personell on ground. No debate! The war might be ugly with lots of casualities, but we know who the eventual winner and losers will be under all circumstances or benefit of simulations. 3. Everyone cant be wrong against Kagame, something needs to give i.e South Africa, Burundi, TZ, Uganda, DR Congo etc 4. It's beyond reasonable doubt that Rwandese agents are involved in subversive activities all across Uganda even up to now. 5. As divided as Uganda was before this conflict, I think this is playing directly into Museveni's hands and the level of patriotism this side of the border is raising by the day. No amount of burning our schools, collecting intelligence, poisoning refugees we so dearly welcome, burning factories, buying newspapers to publish negative headlines against Ugandan government, assassination of our politicians or killing our women will make us hate our country Uganda. You are such poor actors because you have done the same in Burundi and DRC, the trend is so well known. I wish we had a more pro-active President to put you in your place. Unfortunately you guys in government are already crying to anyone willing to listen to your small issues and closing borders like a prefect defending his House colour in Kindergarten... and preventing the Gorillas in Virunga and oh, the you know what at Hannyz pub in Rubaga, from crossing over to Uganda in an act of self - economic subotage. Same question I've wondered for years. DRC is bordered by nine countries yet most Congolese believe that the problem of most of our conflicts stem from Rwanda. Why not from Angola, Zambia and the rest???? Before Kagame this was not the case

@@queenestherc-squared802 let me hope you 've noticed a change in the relationship between rwanda and DRC, it's positive. Rwandair has a direct flight there now. DRC handed over a few FDLR leaders early this year, it's not like earlier on. We are better off as friends than enemies.
