Kuna TheFox her body seemed to turn to energy and not simply dust (turning matter into energy is the most likely way we will ever be able to teleport anything). There is also such a thing as possession type grimm, which was what controlled the giant armor from the winter trailer. If salem is as related to the grimm as the audience is led to believe through her color scheme location and qrows references to someone, "what she's made out there is fear", she may be able to create a more sophisticated version capable of controlling a human body. We've already seen that humans can modify and control grimm in the game (which is canon). There is also how phyrra's name heavily corresponds to King Phyrrus or Epirus, who coined the phrase "Phyrric victory" in how he made to major victories but lost so much in making them he eventually lost the war. There was no major victory before or after Phyrra's "death", unless you count the wyvern/dragon being stopped, but that likely would have happened at some point anyway. There is also the fact that some art of phyrra fighting alone in the woods against horselike grimm was leaked a while back. My guess is she will return and either attack them on sight, or be a double agent of sorts due to mind control. or that she attacks due to having been mentally tortured so long she doesnt think her friends are actually real

yeh, but it's partly because she had so many weapons. also, i don't think pyrrha was at her best there. also i just had the thought, if it wasn't for emeralds vision even assuming penny still just sent the swords at pyrrha and she lashed out with her power to deflect them, she probably would have used much less power, and it wouldn't have been deadly for penny. Pyrrha was also fairly matched by Mercury, although she wasn't going all out there either, she's damn impressive though and her fight with cinder showed it, she fought a maiden, without any special powers of her own, and well in the end she lost, because of something odd about cinders weapon, she held her own for a time, she even had cinder in a hold for a moment before cinder destroyed her weapon.

Because she was the most beautiful flower and so someone just took her out... But technically, if she was alive she would be way too strong right now and probably it would make things a little easier for the heroes to win battles. Plus... most series need somebody to die so other characters can have development. I miss her.

Then Jaune dies, Cinder creates another arrow and Pyrrha dies anyway

Maybe he should take a tip from Cinder and use non metals as his weapon of choice. ^_^
