I love how Penny is almost always saying "I am", "I do not", "You would" instead of using contractions/abbreviations like androids in sci-fi often do. And then she becomes human and starts using them 💚💗
I was really looking forward to how Penny was gonna live with her new body until final episode. I will always remember her for being one of the most adorable.
Penny was SO GOOD THIS SEASON, my sweet girl :'( I gotta be frank though, I am a little upset that they made her human, just to kill her off all over again. I would have LOVED to see Penny join Team RWBY for their adventures! And can you imagine how INCREDIBLE it would be for the gang to have a MAIDEN on their side? Idk, I just feel like it was a missed opportunity.

Kinda wanted to see her interact with Oscar, because they didn’t know each other it’s an OG character and a new character (even though Oscar is not new anymore). They probably could’ve had a good relationship. I kinda pictured Ruby introducing them to each other
CRWBY brought her back to life, made her the Winter Maiden and turned her human, just to kill her off again... I am still furious about the whole thing.
To paraphrase Captain Kirk in Star Trek: The Movie.... Of all the characters I've seen, (in RWBY) hers was the most......human. 😰🙏💖 Taylor McNeel was excellent as Penny! And I didn't want her dead!!! But..... She got the one true thing she wanted in her life - Control of it!! Very few of us will ever control our last moments alive. She did and left with a smile..... Bless her soul!! love you for this video! I think Penny may have foreshadowed her own death when she was battling the virus by saying the only way to help her would be to kill her; which actually happened in the end 😢
Seems they like to have characters die "just because" far too often. I think they are too hung up on the Pinocchio story that is behind her character, so as soon as she becomes a human, they just killed her. A lot of deaths in RWBY feel like they happen just because of the lore of other shows being copied into the show in a RWBY fashion.
Her life had been nothing but other people making choices for her. Even the maiden powers she was forced into taking by the situation she was in. She didn't want to be anything about what she was. But she got to go out on her own terms. She was a real girl who chose when to sacrifice her life, how to do it, and who she was sacrificing it for. There is no greater choice than that.
Penny deserved so, *so* much better. While I do believe she'll return , this was such a disappointing way to end her arc, if she doesn't. It's just so needlessly cruel

@@MentalMeles explain? She chose her death? I think the point was that in her last moments she made her own individual choice as a real girl. Edit: plus the fact that she is a maiden made her a big target for cinder.
Here's hoping the magic of the maiden's will allow the hope and kindness of Penny will live in Winter so she can be less cold and less robotic and be more Kind and human like Penny was. Penny was a robot that developed a soul and her own aura. Shame she wasn't able to live long enough to develop a semblance. Winter has a soul but grew to follow rules and locker her feelings away like a robot. Times it did leak out as a human can not truly be a robot. Yet time exposed to team RWBY and all this drama got her to break free. A robotic human and a human robot now are one by magic. Hopefully They will truly be one. :D
She should have lived. Bringing her back and putting he through one of the best character arcs in the show just to kill her off again was pointless and cruel.

fight suck well guess what have you been in a fight before if you did than you know that attack the same time is very bad idea especially against Tyrain or Salem and who knows she was going full power for tyrain he will use his agility to make the other characters hits each other which could lead to badly injured the character or a least drain their aura a lot next I heard that the acting is terrible we’ll have you been a stressful situation and stay determined even if it mean many people is killed because you try to act a hero in harsh world and not to mention you have to fight a immortal being who won’t stay dead
