They could've made Ren's line about Jaune cheating his way into Beacon WAY more savage by adding: "You cheated your way into Beacon, and let Pyrrha walk to her death!"

With Oscar, it's Team "Couple Counseling". I mean, Yang needs therapy and her cat, Jaune needs to learn how to take a hint, Ren needed to stop the "No Nora November", and Oscar, well, he needed to avoid being in the middle of the war between Ozma and Salem

I have a Lot of respect for Yang here…when Ren called Jaune out for cheating his way into Beacon, Yang didn’t give Jaune and crap, she was supporting and understanding…she showed a lot of Maturity. Especially since Jaune had their back the whole time and even saved Ruby a few times. His Fraudulent start didn’t make her lose any respect for him.

But yeah the whole Blake thinking about Yang. As well as Yang thinking about Blake. Triggered so many people that there are still people now putting their head in the sad saying Yang was thinking about Ruby. When Yang was looking at the color purple and they goes Yeah Ruby. It's code for she is thinking of her cat ninja girlfriend. The bee feels are strong this volume

Unfortunately this is one of the saddest episodes of all seasons because in this episode the writers finally killed off my most favorite character, Weiss, to make the smartest member of the RWBY team stupid enough to not understand her mother's words about Weiss' long-suffering brother, which she directly said, and to be so pig-headed about Whitley is just superb character development.

I think she didn't want to involve him. Weiss sending Whitley to his room protected him from the potential consequences of anything they had done and were about to do. She's still a fugitive; if he helps directly, he's an accomplice. If he's been ordered at sword point to go lock himself in a room, then he's a hostage.
