Disable SAM set GPU clock to default set Memory Timing to Fast Synchronization set Memory clock to max set power consumption to MAX (if possible) set cooling to 2800 RPM

I did test SAM on & off (disabled in bios as well) Same result for hellblade 2, loose 5 fps in cyberpunk. Memory clock and power is max in this video.

@@NJTechBenchmark Setting GPU clock to max dosen't make GPU faster there's dependence between GPU and Memory clock and they need to stay in appropriate proportion. In my case setting memory clock to max and memory timing to fast synchronization while leaving gpu clock on default gives best results.

Good is comparatively subjective. 2070S at $180 = good 2070S at $250 = bad

For 64bit bus cards vram overclocking is the way to go even though I would say never overclock vram.

It is interesting that there is almost no temperature difference even with overclocking.

There usually is very little temperature difference and this is a very tame overclock. It was a thing of much older graphics cards. What really affects the temperature is voltage with power draw.
