It's brilliant that you used realistic settings instead of using dummy ultra presets. It's okay to test that but havent we learned how useless and stupid they are? You lose %40 performance for no noticeable visual quality. So basically nothing. I wanna see this kind of tests before i buy a GPU. Thank you for this. Exactly what i needed.
rx6600 is best for 1080p gaming. It is the most power efficient (to performance it offers) graphics card to have ever been made running at 100W. Best budget king IMO.
i’m building a mini itx pc with this card. I don’t play any crazy games but this is just perfect. I’m playing on a 570 still. Just waiting on the card!
I’ve been using the 580x for the last year or so, is the jump up worth it or should I just wait to get something like the 6750/4070? All the games I play run fine at the minute but my family want RTX Minecraft so I’m not bothered about spending thousands yet just to get that option 😭
thanks a lot for including "optimized". I get why benchmarks are done at ultra settings, but seeing rx6600 run cyberpunk 2077 at 1440p 60+ with optimized is great. I am considering getting one of these instead of 3060 since those arent falling in prices much even after crypto death.
How can you get 60 almost constantly in elden ring @ 1440p? I have a lot of stuttering even in 1080 at max. I have gigabyte 6600 and i5 10400, maybe r5 5600x is a better pair with a 6600 than an i5 10400?
Do you have any idea why or how exactly does my RX 580 provide better performance in CS:GO (and other games) when I use Radeon Chill instead of the game's own frame-limiter?
Radeon chill uses complex algorithms to directly give commands to your video cards thus the input latency will be lower than the built in frame limiter in games and both work the same but the software of a video card regardless of the manufacturer will always provide better performance in almost every settings because it is communicating directly to your video card unlike the games ( it has more to this but its a nerdy talk and i gave you the short story ) hope it helped
if you have 120-$140 US on eBay, I'd at least get a 5600 XT, that'll improve performance :), I got my RX 6600 xt for $130 us on an auction, but I'd try undervolting and over clocking your 680. that's what I did with mine, undervolt by about 20%, but crank the V Ram settings, I found that gave me about 10 to 15%, the 580 has always been a toasty card
Take an RX 6650 XT (equivalent of the 3060 TI) or a 6700 XT (equivalent of the 3070) instead, you will REALLY get a HUGE performance gain (even in emulation) and you can find em at good prices
@@Munkhbayarkhavtgai if he turned on RT for every game that is capable of doing RT, how is the title a problem? The irony in you telling somebody to get a brain...
do you have I3 9100F? if so can you text rx6600+I3 9100f 1080p to see bottleneck,i'm thinking going from rx580 to 6600 and i have I3 9100F i know it bottleneck but i wonder how much, can't play ultra 1080p with rx580
