In spiderman it will be worse cause its cpu intensive the 5800x3D is more closer to the 7600x in performance

Hey man the vid looks great ! can i ask what driver are you using in the test ? i have 7700xt and i cant play TLOU massive stutters in loading screen and on the game and i don't know why i have it installed in my M.2 i have tried clean installing the driver can you suggest any tips or help ?.

This is a great review. I've been torn apart between 7800xt and 7900 xt in 1440p. 7800xt is the best bang for buck, but nowadays having a 1440p monitor usually means 140hz refresh rate, and the 7800 xt can barely break 100 fps on max settings. Meanwhile 7900xt is 60% more expensive (in my country) but roughly gives 20-25% more fps, just nice for high refresh rate gaming.

if you really need a GPU right now for 1440p, go for the 7800xt if you can wait, RDNA4 is right around the corner... rumors say that a gpu that I will call "8800xt" for now , will have the same performance as a 7900xt but with 16gb instead of 20gb , and costing ~$500-550 But while performing like a 7900xt in rasterization , rumors have it performing more like a 7900xtx for Ray Tracing & AI workloads

Well mostly because of the price, couple of days ago i went with 7800xt. 7900GRE is a great card, but still a bit more expensive and not much of a boost compared to 7800xt. 7900xt and xtx were just too expensive for now and i think i'd be easily able to sell 7800xt and upgrade if needed. Also forgot to mention that here (I'm from Poland) i bought XFX Merc 7800xt for around 350-400PLN cheaper than 7900GRE (that's around 100$)

Depends on what you are happy to run at, i did resi 4 remake max settings and ray tracing at 60fps ( think i ran it at 4k ) and i had control run at 1080 max settings and ray tracing at 60 fps

@@mohammadal-sadi9843got 7800xt + r5 5600 in 3440x1440(ultrawide) got 60+ fps with some drops because of processor bottle necks. Fortnite all epic , shadows and reflections and light on med , taa got 70-80 avg, Witchfire all max the same. CP2077 all max avg 60fps with some drops to 55 and 45-1%low in crowded places. in 1440p non ultrwide will be better fps)

@@user-lz4uv7uu7w Pairing a 7800 xt with a 5600 is definetly a bottleneck dude.And also amd says that you should have an atleast 750 w psu if you want your gpu to work at its max performance.650w is not enough for 7800xt

@@J.L.L4 285 - 300w 7800xt max performance, 65w processor + all the rest is max 400-450 w, I have 650w pcu with efficiency 87% on 100% load, it is ~565w. 7700x is 2 times more expensive than 5600, and giving only around 15-25% more FPS . Any questions?

I sold my cool asus rog rtx 4070ti for 800 Euros and bought an asus tuf rx7800xt for 400 Euro. +400 Euro profit, -15% productivity. 12 GB is not enough for 1440p. I wait rtx 5080

You obviously undervolted the r7 7700x, good temps, for those that don't know when you undervolt this cpu it gives it a slight overclocking of 200 to 300mhz, its a beast on a budget.
