Nice information sir. But is there a sound like gajan pin bearing sound or piston lapping sound??

It piston noise, installed light used std i-series cylinder. That making some noice, sound will be reduced after 3 to 5k. Now bike running better.

Rpm meter less cost approx 1500, using rpm meter only I can do the right tuning. Without RPM meter, same tuning based on engine sound.

How many turns air screw should be adjusted sir, bcoz I don’t have rpm meter.

Near 1.5 turn, but it will vary each bike. 1.25 to 1.75 range, not more.
