The problem with my Rx100 is that it consumes a lot of fuel and it smells like unburnt petrol (kachha petrol) I was thinking that it is the problem with my Reed Valve but I am not sure. There are no evidence of fuel leakage or spillage from any part. The smell comes from the exhaust. It would be really helpful if you can give me a guess about what is wrong with my engine. Thanks a lot!
Probably, oil seal and/or the O ring rubber on the primary clutch is/are shot. Gear oil might be entering the crankshaft and making smoke more because gear oil doesn't burn well.
When a air and fuel mixture is made to allow inside the cylinder, not 100% is burnt to get power. There are high chances of the fuel escaping thru the gaps of the piston rings which is not fully burnt. By this it’s a known fact that the power of the engine is not like before. Also check the gear box/engine oil will be thinner than the the new one. Gear box oil will be the mixture of your unused fuel with oil which reduces your gear life too which makes low viscosity
Bro ..wht is the problem of top speed falling my bike never crossed 80 I have shown to many mechanic's someone said change clutch and.pressure plates I changed someone said to change chain sprocket I did tht too but now someone is saying change carburettor but it is difficult to me change bcz of price and also I realised tht it is not good idea too .......... Plz suggest me/ give solutions to tht I have 135...4spd 99model

It can be issue of the pilot jet ( small one) or complete pilot circuit also. Check the video in the Playlist for carburetor+clean all passage and jets. If needed chang the pilot jet..
Hi Abhishek bhaiyya. Is there any option to convert 4 speed block to 5 speed block? can we do that by slightly opening inlet, outlet and exhaust ports.
Hi.. yes, there are problms. This process won't convert a 4s to 5s block,but dfntly this will create sm other type of block with different output...which will neither 4s nor 5s. There are many differences in both the block, needs sm good professional to match the ports and timings of 4s like a 5s .

They are different..,by part number you can find which is 100 and 135. Physically without exact measurement tools it can never be found out. They have very fine differences in reed
Hey bro please help me. Meri RX100 morning me first kick me start hoti hai, 2-3 second start rehti hai aur fir band ho jati hai. Firse start karne me bohot time leti hai. Choke deke bhi 20-30 kicks marne par start hoti hai. Please tell me where's the problem
Hi. mainly ye carburetor choke kr jane se hoti hai.koi bhi jet choke hua hoga. Pls check the carburetor videos on the channel. Tank me metallic kachra ya pani gya hoga ,clean that as well wrna bar bar carb choke hoga. 2nd check the current , regular hai ya misss krti hai... jis waqt start na ho tb jarur chrck kre current.
The reed valves of rx100 and rx 135 look exactly similar but when you compare their prices the reed valves of rx 135 are way costlier. The part numbers are also different. I want to know what are the differences in reed valves of rx 100 and Rx 135.

Bro my bike has less pickup and starting trouble and slow speed not running after tunned carb , and i checked the wiring also but still this problems are not sloved can i change the reed valves

And I’m facing problem in my bike that, if I’m riding 60-70 with constant RPM, I hear some sound from engine but not when I keep on twisting the throttle.. please help me in this regard
Can't say specifically about this problem. But it can be of a unalligned con rod or a piston with over clearance.. causing piston slapping. Notice the sound carefully next time,to mark precisely where is it coming from. Engine top or engine sides. Thanks for being part of the channel
Mane abhi he rx 100 purchase kiya haa carburator clean kiya properly and tune bhee kiyaa haa but problem ye ha ki rpm constant nahi rhtee running pe ager clutch dabata hun to ek dum se idle nahi ataaa phle rpm high rhta haa thoda time leker idle hotaa haa or last men bike band ho jata haa . hello!!! carburetor wont make any noise,must be cylinder or can be anything bro..its very hard to do random guess with these data. need more information and symptoms of your bike to answer this little closely. Dm on instagram

Hi brother, i just swapped new shogun reedvalve in my 135 5 speed ...pickup n throttle response is better now but theres a bit of extra noise from the intake side....getting this noise only after changing to Shogun reedvalve...so is this normal or any issues?
Hi !!! Open and Check the reedvalve once again.. either something is loose or incorrectly fitted . It should not make any different noise. I'm also using Shogun reeds,works perfect.
@@MotoTravelRide it's like more air suction sound....also installed new manifold n new gasket along with new reedvalve... installed it with the notch facing on the left side same like we do in stock 100/135 reedvalves..

I had installed fiber reed valve in my rx135 dual stage. I had experienced that after stoping at signal or traffic there is increase in rpm. Y it happens
