I didn't go to work today.......I JUST LISTENED TO THIS ON THE LOOP ALL DAY, SAT BY THE KITCHEN WINDOW...AND WATCHED THE WHOLE DAY DRIFT BY......and now i know i chose the direction of music...and did THE RIGHT THING and wrote a song or three.... Thanks Ryan for making me realise what being here is really all about.

Such guitar finesse and a vocal style to match

I was at this and got the pleasure to meet him in Belgium the next day. Got a picture with him and Mandy Moore took it. Definitely one of the best weeks of my life.

If you haven't bought this album.......you've missed out on a special treat so sweet, which is right up there with Coca-cola(Coke), Cadbury chocolate, Skittles, Snickers, Mars Bars.....and everything else we love. TERRIFIC....sit outside on a summer's evening and play Ryan Adams before the day finally fades away. Has there ever been a KING Ryan...should be.

This version of "New York" is perfect. Good for the soul.

An amazing tone from his Harmony Buck Owens acoustic and Ryan is a great player and what a voice.

He can rock out, for sure, but my favorite is when he's solo with an acoustic.

What a tour de force! Ryan here is in fine voice, sounding lucid and clear, tender and expressive. It says a lot that Ryan, with just his poetic songs, quavery voice, and trusty guitar can keep us rapt through the entire performance.

I saw him three times in 2011 and he is simply head and feet above anyone else in the industry. This is a great post - assume Dutch TV had the sense to broadcast this concert - still looking for the DVD of the BBC4 Sessions.

Although unknown to me, until he appeared on a BBC television programe called songwriters circle, alongside Janis Ian and Niel Finn; and to be honest not a lover of American Country Music, I was blown away by his melodic voice and sweet guitar sounds. So much so that went to see him play a week prior to this show, and was treated to a truly masterful concert.That still lives fresh in the mind and I cannot wait to repeat the experience.

Breathtaking! I will always appreciate singer/songwriters. I guess I just have an old soul. 💜

Simply brilliaaaant!!! A breathtaking performance, great setlist also, the man knows the job...so so underrated still today, Whiskeytown was just awesome, The Cardinals too, may your music continue to enrich us for a long, long time... ROCK ON RYAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep coming back to this show and the Live on Letterman show which was my introduction to Ryan Adams. That version of Stranger is what blew me away originaly.

Incredible version of Firecracker! All the others were pretty damn impressive as well, lol. That is one hour I'll never regret spending.

Mainland European audiences are great. They listen attentively and appreciate the music. There's applause at the right time and they engage at the right time too. There aren't any yells or whistles during the song like other places.

Ryan makes my life so much eaisier to get through...In my home life and in my band likewise...thanks for the STUFF, Ryan...Fkn. Greatness...
