How could he sue Ryan though? If you’re saying it’s for assault. Just remember that Daniel assaulted Ryan first and Ryan acted mostly in self defence and didn’t hurt Daniel all that much. There were plenty of witnesses to see it. Even though in a real fight with no back shooting Ryan would knock Daniel out flat cold.
