It's hard to really capture that song but I think you do it so well, in your own style. I always just knew the Buffalo Springfield version. This song is oh so relevant now.

Tin Soldiers and Nixon's coming... We're finally on our own. This summer I hear the drumming, Four dead in Ohio. ... strangely I hear song's from that era and think shit man I am putting on the years and miles. So I say to myself, Self where you alive when this one was a hit? And I am so old now that my living has encompassed it all. Gotta go back to when all anybody had was an AM transistor radio and the black and white TV only got 2 stations. Only rich people had color TV back then and we wern't one of em. Any ways you could pick any song and the way you croon and your attitude makes em all great.

Cool cover of that tune, really like what you done with it. What I have always been impressed about you is your ability to just play guitar and sing, and it's full, not lacking anything from not having a backup band. That's not to say that I dont love listening to you with a band and really kickin it out i.e. Bluebird, Bread and Water, Pontiac and Radio just to name a few.
