Such beauty.... After watching this I probably wont feel as nice when I go train at the park. Ryan always seems to find the best looking places on earth. I really like the teamwork at the end, no competition at all, just having fun. Id love to go train here and feel all the positive energy of nature...
when I'm watching Ryans little movies about himself about parkour or freeruning, I'm remembering my trainings and my life todays. When I was training my life was very different from todays. after a car incident, which broke my leg in two peaces, and my godfathers dieing I started smoking, BUT! at this moment i decided to quit cigarettes and start to train with my old, best crew ever. GT creW =) love you Ryan and thank you for what you are doing.
almost (if not everyone) has done a form of parkour as its an advanced form of playground fun when you was a child .. parkour is in our nature.. sapporting what your doing out there ryan!
terrain like this is AMAZING for beginners, we have a few canyons with similar geometry near my home, and training on it for the first time compared to in a city was a real eye opener.
Ry, you are my absolute God when it comes to PK (/freerunnin)!!! I've been a fan of yours since I saw you pull off the Superman Dive on Nat Geo & you never cease to amaze me! Your style, technique & even your thoughts are spot-on man! I'm trainin' hard, but I've to train a gazillion times harder to be anywhere close to how good you are & find the real Freerunner in me!
I live there... quite fun to see these guys jump around some of the places where we swim! ^^ Too bad that the colors of water, which are absolutely stunning, got filtered...
I totally agree with you man, i believe that most people can do this, but people have forgotten their true limitations, we are better than than what we really think. I've been doing cross country for 6 years and i've now only begun to see my own capabilities. Once you break that negative barrier, there is no telling what you can do.
por dios que hermoso, es una de las cosas por la cual me encanta el parkour, por los lugares tan hermosos donde se puede practicar y tan geniales, ya sea natural o urbano y con la compania de algunos de tus amigos
great video.great speech ryan,i like the way you explain how mentaly deep is free running/parkour.i think that the movement that we see in free running or parkouris just the top of the iceberg.it's all about how we think.keep those videos comming.
@NeonmythEmo yes, and no. Start out with small, easy stuff. Drill those small things a lot, and you will eventually get to bigger and better movements. The best part of parkour for me is watching myself grow and overcome challenges I never thought possible. But yes, parkour does require courage, even when you know you can make it.
Flips and tricks are really natural. Back in time a wild lion is attacking you. What would you do? Yeah... let's running around and doing some crazy badass flips and tricks!
yeah jumping on rocks is really cool but you guys you must be very very careful with the rocks ... last summer I fell from 3 meters on sharp rocks because the rock was breakable.. and the vid is amazing just amazing...
i want to learn how to do this, not for the sport, or because it looks fun, but for the fact that I want to learn how to use my body to its full potential, hopefully I can learn how to one day.
we do effect this planet quite a bit tho. eventually it's gonna shake us off like a dog does with fleas. treat it and yourself well. long live mother nature and our free running friends =)
