Devin lost because he didn’t fight his fight which is being a skilled boxer he chose to fight Ryan and meet him in the ring like he said before the fight and that gave Ryan an advantage, and also Ryan weight drained Devin which was another advantage cause if not, why Ryan didn’t put a catch weight in the contract before the fight if he knew he couldn’t make weight and said his body wouldn’t allow him but made Devin do it

Not for me. Garcia was clearly drained for Davis in their first fight and there is ZERO chance that a rematch will happen at 140. Not because Tank wouldn’t win but because the risk is higher and we all know how that camp rolls.
