I mean you could claim he has Devin Haney pillow hands, but saying he don’t punch is just silly. He literally set the record for most strikes thrown vs Lawler...
@donjuan6297 washed out lawler out of his prime. Man let's all be honest with what we saw. Ben didn't have that man vitality in aswell. Braind dead fro.CYR didn't see that knee coming... CTE
@ryanpeck9011 that's what I was thinking. Idk if MMA has an actual hall of fame, but if it does, Lawler will certainly be in it. Even out of his prime, Lawler is still an experienced fighter that is an absolute warrior.
@@edwardreyna2624Roy Jones has the most explosive left hook I’ve ever seen. When you can have your left hand down by your thigh and still catch someone clean, that’s different. Mike Tyson had an explosive hook. Joe Frazier must’ve had a heavy left hook to drop Ali when Shavers, Foreman, and Liston couldn’t.
@@ST58432 🤣 you ain’t wrong! He needs several more scandals with women, and either an RnB album or some Spanish/English crossover album to get closer to Oscar
@@86ajmn issue is most of what Ryan is saying is common sense to a fighter lol. Hit the hooks with what they are giving you. Colby’s real question was about jumping into the hook or pivoting more to get the power or angles, and Ryan ignored it. Colby just kept “ahh”ing him out of respect and to try to get the answer lmfao. Ryans too geeked up to know. Dudes hilarious
@@DluiogbreI caught that. The secret to Ryan’s left hook isn’t in his hips. He cracks the left hook like a whip instead of following through with his body. Your head catches the entire impact instead of getting rolled through
@@JakeStewart1343he’s not lying though, Devin thought he could beat Ryan the way tank did🤷🏾♂️ and don’t bring up that rehydration clause BS, Ryan fought the same exact way against tank and Devin🤷🏾♂️
IQ. He methodically broke down Devin it wasn't weight. Colby a wrestler so he probably really takin notes on the striking cuz it's not his best attribute
@@wesleyv713I don't blame you for thinking that because his left hook really dominated the fight and overshadowed his other tactics but he def does have battle iq
@@rat909 ikr lol he's gonna be tough to beat.. that hook will take confidence and consciousness 😂😂😂 Those hands down after big punches is a big defect to a fighter that's not scared tho
EXACTLY. thinkin why didnt that work against tank then? Weak ahh hook only works on booty cakes not real technicians like tank or even pitbull cruz or even matias.
@@LegallyArMD why tf you hating so much bro. Get Ryan nutz out your mouff I know he’s super relevant right now but try to keep it to yourself and try show some love.
You're dum asf, Colby would maul ryan like a puppy. No boxer can beat an mma fighter in a real fight with just boxing. It even sounds stupid saying it lol.
@308AlYsSa0034 yea no if everyone says something is underrated and insane, then it's not underrated. It's just people like to call everything they like underrated. "Wilder's power underrated bro." "Cormier's grappling underrated bro." "Periera's kicks underrated bro." Find anyone who doesn't glaze Ryan for his speed. Ryan's intuition is underrated, because no one ever talks about it. His endurance is underrated, because no ever talks about it. Eveyone is on their knees drooling over his speed. That's not being underrated. It'd be like calling lord of the rings underrated. You're actually overrating his speed by saying it can never be praised enough.
What are you talking about he literally just fought at 140 and couldn’t even make the weight let alone resting 150? He’s at least 160-165 in camp probably 175-180 just walking around when not preparing for a fight which is what Colby said he usually walks around at too
@@marspt29 yea there’s an interview with him on the PBD podcast where he said he was about 160 in the ring that night, could never imagine cutting that much water weight before a fight but think if he looked like that against tank without the rehydration clause of 146, that’s the fight I want to see next
Colby aint a big dude. Hes just one of the few fighters that fights in his natural weight class unlike most fighters that need huge cuts to make it to a certain division.
Colby reminds me of one of those guys that doesn't have alot of friends and really wants wants to be your friend so he acts extra interested about what your saying. That hug at the end looked a little passionate for him..😂
This is why MMA guys can’t beat boxers in boxing. They don’t see the skill it takes to punch like a boxer does. But MMA guys are obviously better on the ground. Dana white just doesn’t pay the top guys the way boxers are paid.
U know only the big names get paid big money in boxing. The majority get paid the same or lesser than the average mma fighters. I hear stories of boxers getting as low as $200 per fight
@@matthieudelarte3914 Considering there are approximately 20,000 active pro boxers, I’m sure there’s a few he could beat. But he wouldn’t stand a chance against Beterbiev or Canelo. lol
Its called MIXED martial arts for a reason hes learning from a boxer how to throw a left like hed learn from a black belt how to do a choke nothing wrong here and theyre respectful towards eachother great video for both of them
So everyone love Ryan Garcia now you boxing fans are bipolar af I can tell who the real boxers are and the ones who just like to watch people get beat up.
Is going after someone's wife and kids or making fun of someone's dead father something a gentleman would do. He is an utter POS I'm glad other people realize that as well.
@@reynaldoreyes5063not to people who really know boxing real ones know it was a matter of time before Haney got exposed with that suspect defense throwing them bow & arrow jabs & he has no power at all you can’t stay top dawg for long with no power
2:38pm: Garcia with trainer in gym 5:30pm: Garcia in NY making a TikTok 10:00pm Garcia w/ Covington in Vegas This dude is literally in everyone’s videos. I’m starting to think he has multiple clones😂
What’s sad is that in their head none of them genuinely gives a shit about teaching or learning anything. They reek of constantly thinking about how they look on camera
Any fighters or person that’s like that should always be humble and willing to learn especially if u wana execute these moves properly to defend yourself .
Always interesting to see boxers giving tips. If you throw that punch to the top side of the head in 4oz gloves there’s a high probability you may break your hand. Crazy how much glove size impacts fighting style.
