TBH bro what you can do is move around and let the guys throw a little bit and identify what he is going to be throwing. spammers 100% come out the gates and show you their gameplan. If they are ALI hook spamming, dodge back while blocking head and once their hook slaps your arm you throw a counter jab to their body, it's also pretty easy to just lean back and pop them with a straight or jab. make them miss allot ya know, act like you are going to go in but back up and let them swing. best way to handle the spammers. I have found counters to every single spam there is.

@Soratics @slimpugthug So I played a bunch last night, and I definitely found range and counter opportunities. I won a bunch of fights by KO. A few instances of bad judging cost me a couple, but I think I have cracked the code of the spammer. Thanks!

@@soratics7328 @Matt Merc Listen to Soratics, I box irl and my cousin is pro who ive trained with, he's actually even in this game's roster. If you box on the outside good footwork / distance with good use of jabs, then just catch and shoot your counters you will dust off 90% of players in this game. One thing I noticed in this game is your foot work really matters depending on where your feet are, it judges where your punches are going, I noticed if you got bad movement / angles you miss your punches even when your on the inside

The minigame can be you as the doctor and the coach and youre fixing his cuts and stuff lol

Once you understand how the counter punch system works in game you’ll understand where and which punches will feel more ‘punchy’ I get what u mean tho

I got like 14 hours in and i thought the same for like my first 5 hours, i learned a lot about counter punching from only playing the bots at the highest difficulty and seeing what was really doin dmg

Yea i agree. Im undefeated using Jorge right now. I feel like i can actually get off combos with him. Been melting Garcia players cause they punch them-self's out by round 7-8.
