Your body just can’t handle Liver shots,kidney shot damn near any hit when your malnourished and dehydrated due to cutting all the way down to 135 then not being able to rehydrate cuz that clause. Tank knew exactly what he was doing and where to hit him knowing Ryan’s body would be weak not being able to rehydrate. I’m not saying Ryan would have won that fight but if they were to run it back at 145 I think it would go the distance.

Tank dehydrated Ryan made him cut all the way down to 135 knowing it would make him weak and more susceptible to body shots. Tank is smart asf he knew what he was doing with that clause and knew Ryan wouldn’t be able to handle a big shot to the body while dehydrated. Styles make fights. Ryan has the offensive capabilities that knocks down defensive fighters like Haney. Tank has both including his counterpunching which is elite timing that gets fighters like Ryan. Loma also has both, but is comparatively too small compared to everyone. He’s really a featherweight. Teo is also pretty good. Overall, this weight class is so goated and I can’t wait to see big fights from these dudes
