Ive taken osterine before. Infact I think it's in my cupboard from like 7 years ago. It's a Sarm. It's not as potent as a steroid in terms of side effects it's a little more mild but it's definitely something. I felt strong and I wanted to lift everything and throw stuff around but ultimately the acne was terrible so I left it 😂 I take ashwagandha aswel, it's a adaptagenic commonly used for people who suffer from anxiety. It allows your body to adapt to stress and I believe there is info to support that it raises test slightly but nothing insane.

The problem with this is that Ryan's win is now getting controversial. Ryan is a very good fighter, but he doesn't need to take, "steroids", or supplements to beat high level fighters in his division, and in my opinion, Ryan could of still beaten Haney without those supplements, but now, certain and most people are saying otherwise.

tbf it did affect haney's defence because apparently that ped helps with muscle gain, recovery, fat loss and mentality. Compounded from not having to cut weight. Haney was hurt from round one which had a huge negative effect on his performance, tactics and defence throughout the fight

Just watched a Dominic Ingle interview saying for that steroid to have any effects needs to be taken for the period of time...They have tested Ryan regularly before the fight and it hadn't been detected until the day before the fight (mind you that it is a very easy detectable steroid), which indicates that this steroid came into his system just prior to the fight (without giving him any advantages) and it is likely that came into his body without knowing or accidently ...

Boxers can be taking steroids during trianing camp leading up to a fight and still test negative as it goes out of your system after so many days so alot of it is just down to.luck weather they get cought or not.

A couple of years ago I was taking ostarine and cardarine for about 3 months and my strength in the gym went up like 30-40 percent, also my cardio was unbelievable. If you think its a mild PED maybe its true compared to hardcore steroids but if you compare it to being natural its another world... Its really serious a cheat not a joke.

Amir khan was tested positive for ostarine against kell Brook on the night. Vada has said that ostarine needs to be taken for atleast 4weeks plus to have any effect. It could be something Ryan has taken and could be down to contamination or a post work out that he didn't know about had ostarine.

I'm not defending Rayan, but Ostarine is the most common substance contaminated with food and supplements. There are plenty of scientific papers on the subject, Rayan is one of 140+ athletes who have proven their contamination. Doping controls do not want to set a limit for the same substance with which it would be possible to know whether that substance was taken intentionally or the cause was contamination. Which, of course, can be seen from the amount of found antiquities. But then they wouldn't take money from athletes if they were fair. Ostarine is not anabolic

But if you consider the sensitivity of what he's involved in; his life is probably at risk. There's a clip of Ryan talking with the most famous "banned" ex-kickboxer, the wildly controversial Mr. Akndrew Tait, on Tait's podcast. And Tait warned him that he (Ryan) was in serious danger, by forces heretofore unknown.

I think like you said it's a process. We don't know anything other than he tested positive just before the fight but not before in camp and Ryan denies it (albeit in his usual crazy way). That's it. I'm guessing there is a B sample they will now need to test to confirm it. If it does, then it's up to Ryan to prove he eat something innocently that definitely had it in and can be tested.

What's the point of taking a test before the fight if theyre gonna go through with the fight without the test results coming out? That 24 hour buffer time is to get the results, the one after the fight is to get confirmation that he didn't take PEDs last moment. It is a bit suspicious. No-one is arguing with science here, they are arguing with the credibility of the report. Because even if the test takes a few days to come back, a urine drug test takes around 3 days max to come back and if its been taken for a boxing match you expect it to come earlier. The fact that it comes out so many days after the fight is hella suspicious.
