On one hand, yes... Karkat will probably die, however Aradia will not since she is God Tier. All the God Tiers will outlive the Trolls by virtue of their conditional immortality. So, no Kanaya is not gonna outlive Rose either.... But Rose certainly will outlive Kanaya. Unless they can screw around a bit with Jane's Maid of Life Powers, since the Life Aspect seems to be able to extend Lifespans too (as we have seen with the Condesce expaning the Psiionics Lifespan).
