As all the comments quote, he is just SO FAST with the responses, nothing rehearsed, not stand up, just extremely quick witted. The Latin America, the Green Lantern, he is just paying attention so close to each interviewer, that he never has to say "uh.." he has a line coming.
It works perfectly because he's so funny and charming and witty that interviewers just laugh and love him anyway. They don't necessarily need him to be fully transparent, they just want entertainment or intrigue, and he gives them exactly that.
@@simonmaverick9201 look me up… I’d be willing to bet that in the last ten years, I’ve been more places, done more things, and met more people that you will in your entire life. 😘
Reynolds has this weirdly subtle maniac energy. Like he's thinking about tons of things while talking to people. Like he perpetually worries he left the stove on.
I’m a special educator who specializes in twice exceptional kids (genius iq + learning disability), so I’ve read many cognitive evaluation reports. And that was my thought too - “his processing speed score would be a standard deviation or so above the mean” lol
Post Mortem: Internal bleeding in the stomach Last seen on: RU-vid Possible cause: Laughing Accused: Ryan Reynolds RIP ArtfulDodger We will always remember you May the accused get what he deserves
I like how he answers personal questions with sarcasm. He gives Chandler Bing. He said in an interview he suffers from anxiety during interviews sometimes, and I think his answers reflect that. Like the whole kids in the industry-against child abuse.
@@algrand52 I've been to Antarctica. No big deal. If you have been to that many places and think he is the coolest guy on the planet then you have the IQ of a used tampon.
"It's really wonderful to come across people who freely share valuable information online. You never know what kind of knowledge you might stumble upon that could have a lasting impact on your life."
"Don't procrastinate when it comes to saving and investing. Don't wait for the perfect timing; start now because the current moment is the best time to invest."
Cryptocurrency trading appears to be quite lucrative. Despite the constantly changing nature of Bitcoin, it's evident that the cryptocurrency community is here to stay. Greg Seashore, you're doing an excellent job.
I apologize for interrupting, but I have been searching for assistance with this type of trading as my work consumes most of my time, leaving me with limited opportunities to focus on trading. How can I get to know him?
Ryan has said he experiences high anxiety all the time. Often, comedians do. The funnies come out naturally, but also a way of dealing with such mental health challenges.
@@teedoug5433 he had kind of difficult childhood, because of his father, wich did somewhat toxic behaviors with his children, said harsh things and was not very friendly and I think he used violence many times. Reynolds had a bad relationship with his father until the end of his life. When his father was sick and death was certain, blake lively made Rayan to reconnect with his father, to understand each other and for his father to be forgiven.
@Peter Evans Just because you're incapable of being witty doesn't mean it's impossible. You must have a tough life being this dull given how you think this is impossible to achieve naturally.
@@adamglltt89 I doubt he hates it, He just acknowledges that the movie wasn't received well. it would be the same if an artist gained popularity from a piece they weren't proud of, and while their new works are popular they can acknowledge the poorer quality of the first piece.
Who wouldn't love this guy! He is so funny partly because he looks so innocent and yet he makes you laugh so easily. I also seriously love how he protects his family life and jokes about family and still projects respect and love there. I hope he is always a great soul and does not get a swelled head over success. Always put family first great guy!!
Spent my life as a flight attendant and when he and Blake were first married I had them on a flight together. He was seriously the most amazingly loving man I have EVER EVER seen with his wife. She seemed to be having some sort of physical discomfort and he was so attentive. They were both very kind to me too, remembered my name and acted like the class acts they both obviously are. Goodness they are SO attractive too.
Yes they genuinely seem like a great couple. Of course, she was dating her co-star for 3 years and then does the movie Green Lantern in 2010 and jumps ship with her movie co-star, Ryan Reynolds. That's just the cliche, every Hollywood story. Ironically, the movie he seems to hate the most. Unless it's an inside joke because he got to meet her, idk.
Yeah its honestly hilarious to watch them. They constantly make fun of each other on their social media accounts and its adorable. That's the type of relationship I want. They're one of the few hollywood couples that seems genuinely happy and that everyone loves together. I want Ryan Reynolds for myself, but I could never compete with Blake Lively.
OmD! Fallon is such a hack, Kimmel is a twerp, & the industry kept boning over Conan. I do not know that we deserve greatness like Reynolds in late night now. You can't go from Filet, to freeze dried shrimp, and then jump right into veal.
"You don't want your girls to go into show business?" "No, mostly because I am against child abuse" Legendary quote right there. I wish family channels would take his lesson.
He essentially does the opposite of improv. Improv is always agreeing and pressing forward. He constantly says no and contradicts and it's this subversion of expectations that makes it so hilarious.
Exactly, like when Ellen asked how old the kid was and he went "that happened from sex"😭 like he just comes so out of left field. Improv is when you go with the flow, it's like he continuously takes the flow of conversation and smashes it with a meat tenderizer, it's not only hilarious but fascinating😭
obsessed with ryan, hes just the perfect mix of quick humour and comedic timing but its so awkward when the people around him arent getting the vibe of the humour or just starting laughing wayyy to much
@@TheRafaelBond lol no need to go there dude if you don’t agree with my comment just scroll, but you have just proven you are 100% one of the people i was talking about - i mean 1.5k people agree with me so personally i don’t think there’s anything wrong with me, check yourself
He is the embodiment of Deadpool so he gets the right to badmouth anyone lol I wouldnt even be suprised if he sarcastically spoke to someone like Stan Lee before his passing. Ryan is the only one who could pull off friendly competition and banter but you know he'd take a bullet for that person no matter what
You can tell how unscripted his responses are. I think even he doesn't know what he's going to say and just let's his mind and mouth fly. To me he's one of the funniest ones out there
I don't think his responses are scripted, but they're definitely practised. He's been through a LOT of interviews, and most of them are asking the exact same stuff over and over again.
@@Milamberinx That's a great point! They say that by the time we hit 30 we've exhausted about 95% of the dialogue options in any given 'everyday' conversation. And similarly I imagine for the type of interview circuits actors repeatedly go through. So we tend to fall back on familiar anecdotes and quips that we've honed over time. But who knows? I'm sure there are entire fields of research dedicated to the study of social interactions that I'm blissfully unaware of.
Ryan: "Mostly cause I'm against Child Abuse" and they laugh but dear lord looking at how some child actors have revealed their stories of the past, I actually believe it.
The Olsen twins were fucked over so hard by the entertainment industry. And then their sister got to play in a Marvel movie as an adult who could defend herself, must feel kinda shitty to see how unfair life is.
@@dannyholland7209 Yeah but who knows just how much shit they had to go through. They were definitely exploited since a very young age, never really had a childhood since they were both working the whole time, one of them got an eating disorder for a while, and now they seem intent on being intensely private, probably as a result of the abuse and trauma they suffered. And that’s just to name a few things. I’m not even a fan of theirs so I’m sure there’s a lot more other people know that I’m leaving out.
So naturally clever and very very quick witted. I come from a family of jokers. My uncle was a famous comedian in New Zealand, he's passed on now, but 3 brothers are still alive and just as funny. I well understand Ryan.
There are lots of smart people, and lots of funny people. What makes Mr. Reynolds so entertaining during interviews is his ability to process what he hears and react so quickly to it. That's why he's one of the best interviews.
Ryan Reynolds is the only man who can defeat Ellen at her own annoying game. The hero we wanted, and the hero we needed all along Edit: I'm not gonna be saying anything else or replying to any comments, cause I've gone cold turkey from most reality TV, and have no idea who most of you people are talking about. You can argue in the comments, idc
@@derekhofstetler3998 no. God no! And thank goodness Ryan is such a great person. I could never imagine a reality where every celeb we know is good is actually the reverse, even though according to the multiverse theory or something like that, it could exist
I love how this man just opens his mouth and lets everything in his brain just fall out and be honestly hilarious. He has no filter for what goes through his mind and I think he is the inspiration and the true Merc with a mouth, because Ryan himself is a man who can't keep his mouth shut. Love him and hope he keeps on making hilarious movies.
It definitely wasn't a joke, but the way he says things makes it seem like it. And then people laugh it off like it is even though they know that Hellyweird is chuck full of pedophiles.
Because people have known for years Hollywood is trash run by trash. He says it jokingly because he just as everyone else, can't do anything about it. He can do something about keeping his daughters away though.
A fantasy buddy comedy about three postmodern wizards, like The Hangover crossed with Harry Dresden, where Ryan and David are trying to help Michael keep his marriage from breaking down while they're all battling dark forces. Working title: THE MAGIC IN IT (I.e. as in, "It's not the size of the wand, it's...."). MS: "She says she never sees me any more, she feels alone with the kids...." DT: "Well stop casting the bloody invisibility spells then!" RR: "We're doing this now? While there's a demon outside? Okay. Sure. Fine."
Ryan is a damn good actor! Notice when he says "i've watched Frozen so so many times" lmao you can feel the despair in his voice and the torture he had to endure. I've been there with the Lion king and later with Cars.
Man, I couldn't deal with Frozen anymore. I decided to say Frozen was broken and we had to watch Moana so went Clockwork Moana on them. They love it now and so do I, lol. You're welcome.
