It's a fantastic show actually. I wasn't into it in the beginning but it grew on me. It's very entertaining and I'm sure there will be many more seasons. All the agents have star power. The only thing I didn't like is the obsession with winning, with competition, with being the best ( "Shark", "Cut throat", we get it, you work in a hard business)..It gets annoying at some point. DO people still talk like that? That sounds so 80's! Ha! Maybe Ryan should also balance the competition aspect of his job with the need to have a fulfilling joyful and happy personal life... I also wish Ryan would show more of his personal life. His wife is very charismatic and super smart. She should be part of the show.
On episode 2 very disappointing its more like a office drama show than selling Manhattan If you like the Kardashians you will enjoy this show New York million dollar listing is by far more motivated to watch But Ryan is a beast in selling and his life story is amazing well done Rayn Season 2 keep out the office drama it's really not entertaining to hear other people's drama
I'm watching the Netflix reality show regarding, Owning Manhattan. I can't believe that this owner wasn't aware how much back stabbing went on in his firm under his nose until it aired on a podcast recorded in his studio, he watched where clients are present, and heard it, and he should have known and trained his staff to be more pro where this would have been prevented. Instead the damage was done and he finally intervened. As for the show, this firm, and the agents, another, copy cat reality show that focuses on their personal and work dramas over offering real content about the business, property, the sellers, buyers, stagers, and their lifestyles. This is what you call an upscale firm, owner, and agents? LOL. Most are very unprofessional and not one is unique.
